1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Bricks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Damages or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@bricksprotein.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please include your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).


6. Incorrect Shipping Information We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
